We developed an online application TrainStationHR to assist our clients keep on top of their document compliance and training requirements. While the systems offers many features, its core function is ensuring an employer can show when an employee was provided with information, core documents or training material and proving when they reviewed and accepted understanding of it (within set deadlines). It provides a portal for employees to log into at any stage to review or refresh themselves on an aspect of company documentation.
