Workplace Mediation

In many situations, workplace disputes may be referred to mediation through the agreement of the parties involved. Mediation is a confidential process to allow work colleagues engage with an external professional who openly and transparently arranges the session(s), agrees terms of reference with the parties and hosts the process. The benefits of mediation include avoiding costly and time-consuming formal investigations and the collateral damage they can cause amongst a team.

Workplace Investigations

We conduct Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment investigations for employers in line with legal requirements and fair and transparent procedures. We can also attend with, or proxy for, internal Management if appropriate during disciplinary or grievance procedures.
