Tom Smyth established the consultancy in 1991 following over a decade as Head of HR in the Musgrave Group. His son Tommy, has now taken over as Managing Partner and on a day to day basis advises Irish employers on issues that arise in their workplace from disciplinary/ grievance issues, preparing for a NERA audit, seeking labour cost savings, preparing for 3rd party meetings (with Trade Unions or Solicitors) and preparing for 3rd party hearings at the Rights Commissioner, Labour Court, Equality Tribunal or Employment Appeals Tribunal.
